I am having issues with my Apple id password not being accepted by Messages or FaceTime or the App store, the latter of which means that I haven't been able to download or install the last 6-7 releases of OS X. And that means that the latest version I have is El Capitan 10.11.6. I have downloaded 10.12.1 and 10.12.6, but both say I need to first install 10.12 and I cannot find the 10.12 download anywhere. Can someone please help me find this download so I can then update to 10.12.6? Upload download speed test mac. I am hoping that installing Sierra will reset my Messages, FaceTime, and App store login processes so I can move on with my life.
